Terms & Conditions

?If you see a cruise advertised at a lower rate than what the same cruise (same ship, sailing date, stateroom category) is priced at on RCC Reservations, we promise to match or beat the price.

?You must notify us of the lower cruise price prior to booking with RCC Reservations or no later than 48 hours after booking.

?The lower price must be for the same ship, sailing date, and stateroom category that you booked with RCC Reservations.

?The Guaranteed Lowest Price applies exclusively to rates that are available and advertised to the general public. Group rates, incentive rates, or any special rates not available to the general public are not applicable.

?Extra costs associated with a cruise vacation are not eligible?these include air fares, pre- or post-hotel packages, group amenities, shipboard credit, cash back, and dollars off. Taxes and fees are also not eligible. The Guaranteed Lowest Price only applies to the cruise rate and port charges.

?The lower rate must be available during the time when we review your request. To be eligible, you must meet residency, age, affinity groups, et cetera requirements.

Refund Processing

?If you?ve made a deposit on your booking, your final amount due will be adjusted to reflect the discount.

?If you?ve made full payment on your booking, they you will receive a check reflecting the difference, which will be mailed to you approximately two weeks following your cruise.

RCC Reservations reserves all and any rights to cancel the RCC Reservations Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. All and any modifications to the rules, terms, and/or conditions will be effective upon posting the RCC Reservations Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions on www.cruisenetwork.com or any of its affiliate web sites. Any cancellation will be effective upon the removal of references to the RCC Reservations Price Guarantee on the website. RCC Reservations is a part of cruisenetwork.com.
